Most gateway games are "play 10 times then graduate." But some have real staying power. Which gateway-weight games are still rewarding at 100+ plays?

My picks: Carcassonne (obviously), Azul, and The Lord of the Rings: Duel for Middle-earth.

Ticket to Ride with the map expansions has legs. Base game gets old but India, Nordic Countries, and UK maps add real depth.

Kingdomino with the Age of Giants expansion. Adds just enough complexity to keep it fresh without losing the simplicity.
