Quacks: last chip bust — when exactly does the round end

Three players, two beers each, one philosophical disagreement about whether you finish resolving 'on the way' effects after the explosion chip ends your pull.

I argued the round should slam shut the instant the white total crosses the line like a referee whistle. Buddy argued you complete the chip you were resolving because 'that's how other games work' — which is not an argument, Kevin.

We checked the rulebook like it was scripture and still walked away slightly unsure because the English is friendly but not forensic.

How do you run it? Snap end vs finish the stack interaction.

If edition matters we're on the newer printing with the slightly nicer boards, base + a couple expansions mixed in.

Finish resolving the pull that caused the bust including any effects, then scores. dont halfway stop unless your group agrees
