Shelf cull: sold a grail — instant regret thread

I did the responsible adult thing and listed three games I 'weren't playing' to fund a new shelf that isn't bowing like a sad bridge.

The minute someone bought my fancy big-box euro I felt like I sold a pet. I haven't opened the cash app notification. It's sitting there judging me.

Does the regret pass or do I just rebuy like an idiot in six months for +$40 shipping?

How do you decide what's truly dead weight vs what's hibernating? I keep telling myself I'll play heavy games 'when life calms down' but life is a raccoon wearing a trench coat and never calms down.

Looking for coping strategies that aren't 'buy more kallax.'
